Introduction
The James Moody Adams Clinic, adjacent to Baxter Institute and overseen by Association Amicus, is an important part of the mission we share. Through the clinic, hundreds of poor people in the Tegucigalpa area receive medical and dental services. Medical services are also provided to surrounding areas through mobile clinics.

Programs
The clinic assists the families of undernourished and malnourished children through the Nutrition Program which provides food and nutritional training. The families (most of which are headed by a single mother) are assisted through vocational training opportunities which allow them to provide for their families.

How You Can Help
Of course, one of the great needs is always money. The nutrition and vocational training program assists families through sponsors who give $30/month. Because there are always families with unmet needs, there is always a need for more sponsors.
You may be able to help by participating in a medical or dental brigade as described at the link below. There is also a link to a page which outlines current and continuing needs.
