| Greetings,
As March 2008 arrives here at Baxter Institute and JMA Clinic, we ask for your prayers. The last three months have been difficult. The devil is at work and we do need your prayers. In December, our brother Gerardo, unexpectedly went to be with the Father. In January, Jorge Quiroz and his mother will both killed in a bus accident in Peru. In February, Luis Garcia had a serious heart attack and will be lost to us for an unknown amount of time. Challenges, we have them. The devil is indeed active and testing our resolve to stay on our task of preaching the Gospel. Two years ago Jeanne shared a little list that she got from Teresa Kimbel in our home congregation that has helped me innumerable times:
God is in control;
He has never made a mistake;
His timing is perfect!
We are ready for the challenges of this life because this life is not all that there is. We fight the good fight because
"The one who is in you is greater
than the one who is in the world"
(1 Jn. 4:4)
